Next Commissioner's Challenge Dropped

I've dropped my plans for the next Commissioner's Challenge. The challenge was going to incorporate the dice feature on this message board, but it does not seem reliable. It would have featured some head-to-head competition and an old fashioned like kids used to play years ago. But no worries, the year is long and we'll move on to the next challenge.
